Payment Terms
50% advance needs to be paid in advance to confirm any booking. 50% balance is payable at the time of check-in.
We currently accept payments only via UPI. Please contact us through phone or WhatsApp to receive the QR code.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel their reservation up to 1 week or 7 days before the date of check-in, and receive a full refund. In case of any cancellation after 7 days any advance amount will not be refunded.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. We provide early check-ins if our properties are available and ready free of cost. We provide late check-outs in case of availability at an added cost.
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the property.

House Rules
Each property has the house rules which are displayed prominently. All guests who check-in agree to follow all rules mentioned and may be held liable if they do not.

Damages & Liability
Guests will be held liable for any permanent damage caused to the property or anything inside it. Guests will be charged the full replacement cost or repair cost resulting from the damage they cause.
Neither Owner nor Blujam Getaways assumes any liability for loss, theft, damage or injury to Guest, his/her guests or other occupants in the Home. The Guest, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner and Blujam Getaways from any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the Guest, his/her guests or other occupants of the Home as a result of, or in connection with the occupancy of the Home and agrees to hold Owner and Blujam Getaways free and harmless of any claim or suit arising therefrom.
